Death wish, pt. 2 is mainly about the lovers in my life. Whether it is my real lovers or the ones I make up, it's what I sing about in every song. I consider made-up lovers to be the thoughts that follow me wherever I go, like my perception of my body image or my negativity. I call these things my "lovers" because of relationship that I have with them, because it's obsessive and compulsive, and because they never change, like a bad relationship. But I still call them my lovers because I know that one day, I'll still have to learn to love them.
